Three steps to steady support

No long waits and no confusing referral chains. Getting started is as simple as saying hello.

Say hello

Phone, email or the form on this page, whichever suits you. No referral is needed to get started, just tell us a little about what you are after.

Meet and plan

We come to you and listen first. You meet a few workers and choose who joins your team, no jargon and no rush to decide.

Support starts

The same faces turn up each week. We review how things are going together each term, and adjust as your goals change.

Steady faces, not a revolving roster

We know a good week looks different for everyone. Our job is to listen first, match you with workers who genuinely fit, and keep showing up as the same faces, term after term, not a different name every visit.

Your pace

We move at the speed that suits you, never a clipboard timeline.

Your goals

Every support plan is built around what you actually want more of in your week.

Your people

You choose your workers, and the same faces turn up every time.

Your say

Nothing changes in your plan without you saying so first.

What families and participants say

A few words from the people we support, in their own words.

Before Wattletree I did not really understand my own plan. My coordinator sat with me at the kitchen table and went through it line by line. Now I know exactly what I am entitled to, and I use every bit of it.

Our son moved into his own place last year with support from Wattletree. The same two workers have been with him from day one, and honestly, they know his routine better than we do.

I joined the Tuesday cooking group not expecting much. A year on, three of us from that group still catch up for coffee every fortnight, support or no support.

Common questions

Say hello
Which NDIS plan types do you accept?

All three. We work with agency managed, plan managed and self managed participants. Tell us how your plan is managed when you get in touch and we will sort the paperwork on our end.

Where do you work?

We support participants across Adelaide's eastern suburbs, including Norwood, Kensington, Payneham, Magill and Campbelltown, and into the city. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We introduce you to a small number of workers who suit your goals and your personality, and you choose who joins your team. You will see the same faces each week, not a rotating roster.

What if I want to change my supports?

Plans change and so can yours. Call your coordinator or support worker and we will adjust what you have booked in, usually within the same fortnight.

What do supports cost?

We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so costs depend on the support type and time of day. Your coordinator will walk you through exact pricing before anything starts.

How do we get started?

Call, email or fill in the form on this page. We will arrange a time to meet, usually at your place, and talk through your plan and goals before any support begins.

Ready when you are

Let's talk about what a good week looks like.

No pressure and no lock-in. A short chat is all it takes to see whether Wattletree is the right fit for you.
